The first home show of its kind, Greenarama featured custom Townhouse Style Green homes built by some of the area¹s finest home builders. Each home was eligible for a 15-year, $500,000 tax abatement and feature green building products, Energy Star appliances, fantastic views and proximity to local eateries, bike trails, easy downtown access, and more. All homes in the show were built pursuing LEED for Homes (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by U.S. Green Building Council.
